How do you handle customs and logistics?

We ship worldwide B2B from our Guangzhou warehouse through DHL and FedEx, and we handle the shipping documents for you: the commercial invoice is issued to the freight forwarder, and the packing list is provided on request. We do not assign an HS code. The original product certificate and appraisal report are available as part of the set. For most markets we can ship under DDP, DDU/DAP, or EXW/FOB terms — the exact incoterm follows what we agree with you at order time. Transit is typically 3–7 days by express, with a second quality pass in Guangzhou before anything leaves.

Documents we provide

Cross-border jewelry moves on paperwork as much as on trucks. For each order we issue the commercial invoice to the freight forwarder and can provide the packing list on request; we do not assign an HS tariff code. Where applicable we supply the original product certificate and appraisal report (for example the SGS 925 silver material report at the material-category level) so your customs or platform can verify composition.

Incoterms we support

DDP
Delivered Duty Paid
We prepay import duty and tax where the carrier supports it. Simplest for you: the parcel arrives with no further charge.
DDU / DAP
Duty Unpaid
We quote the estimated duty up front and you settle it at clearance. Common where DDP is not offered on the lane.
EXW / FOB
Your Freight
You appoint your own forwarder and we hand over at our Guangzhou warehouse. Best for buyers with a preferred logistics partner.

Transit, tracking, and the no-overseas-warehouse model

We ship direct from Guangzhou rather than through a regional hub, keeping the chain short and accountability clear. Express lanes to the EU, UK, US, and Australia usually land in 3–7 days; economy options run longer but cost less. You receive the tracking link the moment the parcel is booked.

Customs clearance: who does what

  1. You confirm destination, volume, and preferred incoterm when you place the order.
  2. We issue the commercial invoice to the freight forwarder (listing declared value) and prepare the packing list on request; we do not assign an HS code.
  3. The carrier moves the parcel; you get the tracking number immediately.
  4. At destination, clearance follows the agreed term — DDP (prepaid by us), DDU/DAP (quoted up front, settled by you), or EXW/FOB (your forwarder clears).
  5. If a customs question arises, we supply the original product certificate, appraisal report, and origin proof to resolve it.

Packaging built for the long trip

Each piece ships in an OPP bag with anti-tarnish measures suited to a multi-day international journey, then bulk-packed for protection. Because 925 silver reacts slowly with sulfur in the air, the packing step is treated as part of quality control, not an afterthought.
