Can you provide samples?

Can you provide samples?

Yes. We provide physical samples so you can verify style-market fit before committing to volume. Sampling lead time is 7–15 days after the 3D render is approved, and the sample is built with the exact 925 silver, stone, and finish you plan to order in bulk — so what you approve is what later ships at scale, not a dressed-up approximation.

What a sample actually costs

For personalized designs under 100 pieces, the sample carries a tooling fee from $30, scaled to the design's difficulty and weight, so more intricate or heavier pieces sit above the $30 floor; the fee is refunded once that design's cumulative orders reach 100 pieces. Style-library designs start at a 25-piece MOQ and use a direct-order model — you can view the actual finished piece through real product photos or short videos before committing, with no bespoke mold required.

With the sample
Piece + our record
The sample is the exact piece you approved; we keep its quality record on our side so bulk matches what you validated.

How to request a sample

  1. Send a brief (sketch, photo, or CAD) with stone, finish, and dimensions.
  2. Approve the 24-hour 3D render.
  3. We cast the sample in 7–15 days and ship it to you for validation.
  4. You validate market fit, then place the volume order against the same spec.

Sample-to-bulk fidelity is the whole point

A sample that does not match production is worthless. Ours is made on the same line, with the same 925 alloy, stones, and plating as your future bulk — only the quantity differs. Because we run 14 production processes and a second QC pass in Guangzhou, the sample is a true preview, not a showpiece built to a higher standard than the run it represents.

When a sample saves you the most

The highest-value moment for a sample is before your first bulk order on a new design. Skipping it to save days usually costs far more when a proportion or setting issue only shows up after a full run is cast.
