How to get a quote?

Send us your design reference, material spec, target volume, and finish preference. We return a detailed quote within 1–2 business days. Style-library designs start at 25 pieces with no mold fee; fully personalized designs start at 100 pieces with a mold/tooling fee from $30 that scales with difficulty and gram weight, refunded once cumulative volume hits 100 pieces.

What to include so we quote accurately

A clear quote needs five inputs: the design reference (sketch, photo, or CAD file), the requested material (we specialize in 925 sterling silver), the finish such as polished, oxidized, or sandblast, the target quantity, and whether you need a sample first. Missing any of these usually means a second round of questions, which delays your timeline and can shift the price if assumptions change.

How pricing tiers line up

Style library
25 pcs
Choose a proven design, direct order, shortest lead time, no mold fee.
Personalized
100 pcs
Your own drawing or reference, $30+ mold fee refunded at 100 pieces.

What the quote includes and what it does not

Every quote breaks out the unit price, mold/tooling fee if applicable, sample cost, estimated freight to your destination, and a projected production window. It does not include import duties, VAT, or local delivery charges at your end unless we explicitly agree on a DDP term. We do not assign HS codes; your freight forwarder or customs broker handles classification based on the materials and construction we describe.

Quote checklist: design reference, material, finish, quantity, sample yes/no, shipping term preference (EXW/FOB/DDU-DAP/DDP). Send these together and we can lock the price in one reply.

From quote to sample approval

Once you approve the quoted spec, we issue a proforma invoice for the 30% deposit. After deposit, you receive a 3D render within 24 hours. A physical sample follows in 7–15 days. Only after you sign off on the sample do we schedule bulk production, which typically runs 25–40 days. The whole sequence is designed so you validate quality before committing to the full run.

Re-quotes for design changes

If you change the design after the first quote, we re-quote from the current version. Minor finish changes usually move the unit price only slightly; changes that add stones, engraving, mixed metals, or additional assembly steps can affect both unit price and the mold fee. We flag this before you commit so there are no surprises.

Volume breaks and repeat orders

Because the mold fee is refunded once cumulative orders for a personalized design reach 100 pieces, repeat orders become cheaper after the first threshold. For style-library designs, pricing is already streamlined, but larger quantities still benefit from lower per-unit finishing costs. We show volume breaks in the quote when you share your annual forecast.

What if you only have a mood board, not a technical drawing

A mood board is enough to start the conversation. Share reference images, target retail price, preferred finishes, and any sizes or stone requirements. Our team translates that into a 3D render and a quoted spec. You do not need a CAD file or hand sketch to receive a quote, though either one will speed up the process and reduce assumptions.

How long a quote stays valid

Because our silver material cost is based on the international silver price of the day, a standard quote is valid for 24 hours from the time it is issued. If payment is not completed within that window, the quote must be refreshed to reflect the current silver price. If you prefer more certainty before committing, we can quote the labor and processing fee first and, once you confirm payment, add the silver price at that moment to give you the final total. Once you approve the proforma invoice and pay the deposit, the price is locked for that order.

Send your design for a quote and we will confirm the exact setup for your project.
