What payment methods do you support?

We keep B2B payments straightforward and secure: a 30% deposit starts production, and the balance is settled before shipment. We support four payment channels — bank card (credit or debit), Alibaba platform payment, PayPal, and T/T wire transfer (bank transfer). Every charge is itemized in the proforma invoice, and we never ask for payment outside the agreed invoice channel.

Standard payment flow for custom orders

For personalized or futures orders, the standard structure is 30% deposit to confirm production, then 70% balance before we release the finished goods for shipping. The proforma invoice lists the unit price, any mold/tooling charge, sample fees, and an estimated shipping cost so you can approve every line before paying. Once the deposit clears, we begin the 3D rendering and sampling stage.

Why we never accept payment outside the agreed invoice

All funds must match the proforma or commercial invoice we issue. This protects both sides: your payment is tied to documented specs, and our finance team can reconcile without ambiguity. If you receive any request for payment to a personal account or third-party wallet, treat it as fraudulent and contact us immediately through the official inquiry thread.

Currency, fees, and refund timing

We quote and invoice in US dollars. The buyer is responsible for any intermediary bank charges on T/T transfers. If your order includes a $30 mold fee for personalized designs under 100 pieces, that fee is refunded automatically once your cumulative quantity for that design reaches 100 pieces — there is no separate claim process, and it appears as a credit against a future balance payment.

Payment security summary: encrypted channels only, 30% deposit / balance before shipment, itemized proforma invoice, mold-fee refund at 100 pieces per design, and no off-platform payment requests.

What happens after you pay the deposit

Deposit confirmation triggers three things in parallel: a 3D render of your design within 24 hours, a locked material reservation for your alloy, and a dedicated production slot at our Haifeng workshop. You receive a deposit receipt and a projected sample completion date within one business day. If the render needs revisions, we update it before moving to the physical sample.

Payment methods we do not use

We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or direct transfers to personal accounts. We also do not use peer-to-peer payment apps for business orders because they do not generate the receipt trail required for our finance and QC systems. If a payment method you prefer is not listed here, ask us and we will let you know whether it can be arranged safely.

How to request a copy of your payment records

Every deposit and balance payment is recorded under your invoice number. You can request a statement summary at any time during production. Once the order ships, we also provide the commercial invoice and, on request, the packing list for your freight forwarder and customs broker.

How payment terms interact with shipping terms

The payment split is independent of the shipping term. Whether you choose EXW, FOB, DDU-DAP, or DDP, the deposit-balance structure stays the same. Under DDP, the import-duty portion is included in the balance invoice so we can prepay it before shipping. Under EXW or FOB, duty and local transport remain your responsibility, and the balance invoice reflects only the goods and outbound freight.

International wires and intermediary banks

When paying by T/T from outside China, funds may pass through one or more intermediary banks before reaching our account. Those banks sometimes deduct a handling fee, which can reduce the amount we receive. To avoid shortfalls, confirm with your bank whether the transfer is sent "OUR" so all charges are paid by the sender. If we receive less than the invoiced amount, we will ask for the shortfall before production starts.

Send your payment and volume questions and we will confirm the exact setup for your project.
